Your channel customers do have their own calendar as well. They can use Schemon as their main calendar provider and integrate with your provider calendar seemlessly at the same time. No need to manually link or configure your provider calendar to your customers, it is automatically done.

Unavailable Timeframes

Your customers can specify timeframes when they are unavailable. This ensures that our scheduling algorithms do not suggest or attempt to create bookings during these periods.

Customer Availability

  • Define Unavailable Times: Customers can easily set timeframes when they are not available, preventing any scheduling conflicts during these times.

  • Privacy Protection: While you can see that customers are unavailable during these specified timeframes, the reasons for their unavailability are kept private. Their personal privacy is fully protected.

Preferred Timeframes

Your customers can specify their preferred timeframes for receiving services. They can set these preferences individually for each provider or as a general rule.

Customizable Scheduling Preferences

  • Preferred Timeframes: Customers can define the times during which they would like to receive services. This helps ensure appointments are scheduled at the most convenient times for them.

  • Per Provider or General: These preferences can be set for specific providers or applied generally to all services they receive.

  • Automatic Scheduling: Schemon uses these preferred timeframes primarily to automate the scheduling process, creating appointments that align with your customers' availability and preferences.

Automatic Synchronization

You don't need to manually sync your provider calendar with your customers' calendars; this process is handled automatically.

Automatic Calendar Sync

  • Seamless Integration: Your calendar is automatically synced with your customers' calendars, eliminating the need for manual updates.

  • Conflict-Free Scheduling: If your customers receive services from other providers as well, all their appointments are synced together. This ensures that your scheduled appointments do not conflict with other engagements your customers may have.

Schedule Management

Your customers can easily manage their appointments through their customer calendar.

Appointment Management

  • Integrated Calendar: Customers can use their calendar to manage appointments seamlessly.

  • Cancel Appointments: If they are unable to attend an appointment, they can cancel it directly through the calendar.

  • Reschedule Appointments: Customers can also reschedule appointments easily, selecting a new time that works better for them.
