In addition to this, we help you out keep track of your client transactions via history, recordings ad transcriptions as well as translations of your chat sessions.


Video and Text Chat Sessions

Schemon offers integrated, secure, web-based one-on-one video chat. You also have the option to use your standard video chat application in a seamless, integrated manner.

Video Chat Features

  • Integrated Video Chat: Use Schemon's built-in, secure video chat for one-on-one conversations directly from your web browser.

  • Standard Video Chat Applications: If you prefer, you can use your usual video chat app, and Schemon will integrate with it smoothly.

Video Quality Options

  • Standard Quality: 480p is the default video quality for clear and reliable communication.

  • Higher Quality Options: For enhanced video experiences, Schemon also supports HD 720p, Full HD 1080p, and 4K video quality.

Multimedia Text Chat

Schemon’s text chat sessions are not limited to just text:
