You provide your services and you expect your customers to pay you. Getting payments physically and online and tracking everything can be time consuming. Schemon comes to the rescue, we organize and track everything for you, so you don't have to worry about these and focus on your services.


Secure Payment Infrastructure

You can securely request and receive payments online from your customers through your Schemon app.

Secure Online Payment Processing

Schemon does not process payments directly. Instead, we use secure, authorized payment processors that comply with regulatory standards. These trusted processors handle all payment transactions, ensuring that your payments are processed safely and reliably.

Privacy and Security

Your payment information, as well as your customers' payment information, is never accessed by Schemon. Only the authorized payment processors handle and store this sensitive information. This ensures that your financial data remains private and protected.

Robust Payment Infrastructure

By utilizing these secure and regulated payment processors, Schemon provides a highly private and secure infrastructure for processing payments. You can have confidence that all transactions are conducted with the utmost security and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Payment Methods

Your customers can make online payments using a variety of methods through your Schemon app.

Payment Options

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Customers can pay using their credit or debit cards for a quick and convenient transaction.

  • ACH and Wire Transfers: Offer your customers the option to pay via Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers or wire transfers for secure electronic payments directly from their bank accounts.

  • Bank Transfers: Customers can also use standard bank transfers for their payments.

  • Third-Party Payment Tools: Depending on the region, you can allow customers to use third-party payment tools such as PayPal, Google Pay, and other similar services.

Configurable Payment Methods

You have the flexibility to configure which payment methods are available to your customers. Each payment method has different commission rates, and you can choose the ones that best suit your business needs and customer preferences.

Customer Choice

Once you’ve set up the available payment options, your customers can select their preferred method during the payment process. This flexibility enhances their experience by allowing them to choose the most convenient and cost-effective way to make their payments.

Tracking Payments

Credit and debit card transactions are processed instantly, completing immediately. However, bank transfers and similar methods can take up to five business days to finalize. Schemon handles all the tracking for you, so you don’t need to worry about the status of these transactions.

Instant and Delayed Transactions

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Payments made with credit and debit cards are processed instantly, ensuring immediate completion of the transaction.

  • Bank Transfers: Payments made via bank transfers and similar methods may take up to five business days to complete.

Comprehensive Payment Tracking

Schemon automatically tracks all transactions, whether instant or delayed. From the moment a payment is due—whether due to a customer requesting, scheduling, or receiving a service—we begin monitoring its status.

Payment Reminders

To ensure timely payments, Schemon sends reminders to your clients about upcoming or due payments. This proactive approach helps in maintaining smooth and timely financial transactions.

Automated Invoices

You can easily manage invoicing through Schemon, whether you prefer to upload your own invoices or use our automatic invoicing service.

Invoice Upload and Sending

  • Upload Your Invoices: If you have your own invoices, simply upload them to Schemon. We will handle the rest, including sending them to your customers.

  • Automatic Invoice Creation: Alternatively, you can use one of our provided invoice templates. Schemon can automatically create and send invoices on your behalf, streamlining the entire process.

Secure Invoice Management

  • Receive Copies: You will receive copies of all invoices for your records, ensuring you have everything needed for your bookkeeping.

  • Secure Storage: Schemon securely stores all your invoices on our servers. This ensures that your financial documents are safe and accessible when needed.

Easy Access and Archiving

  • Searchable Archive: Thanks to our comprehensive archive system, you can search for and retrieve invoices even years later. This feature helps you keep track of your financial history with ease.

Handling Taxes and Fees

Schemon also takes care of calculating and managing taxes, fees, and similar charges associated with your invoices. This allows you to focus on your core work without worrying about these administrative tasks.
